Bill Ronhaar of Land Title and Escrow was asked to present on "Ethics in the Title Industry" at
the 2008 Idaho/Oregon/Washington Tri-State Land Title annual meeting. The presentation is a project of the
Education Committee of the American Land Title Association (ALTA) of which he is the chair. This meeting was
August 3-5, 2008 in Bend, Oregon. He also presented on the same subject at the annual convention of the American
Law Title Association, hold Oct. 15-18 in Koloa, Hawaii.
Bill has over 36 years of experience in the Title Industry. He is currently the manager of Land Title and
Escrow and has been since 1984. Before coming to Land Title and Escrow he served various companies in Whatcom,
Jefferson, and Thurston Counties.
