Terry Knutzen

After 69 years of life in the Skagit Valley, Terry Knutzen has seen a lifetime of changes.

A lifelong resident of the area, Terry owned and operated Rural Skagit Sanitation, a successful local business. 

A board member since 1981, Terry has the distinction of being Land Title and Escrow’s longest-serving board member.  He also sits on the Civil Service Board.

Terry and wife Barbara have spent 42 happy years in the Skagit Valley, where they raised a son and two daughters.  They’ve been blessed with five healthy grandchildren.   Terry’s recent retirement from Rural Skagit Sanitation has allowed him the opportunity to spend more time with his growing family.
