Dallas Wylie was elected to the Land Title and Escrow Company board of directors in 2002.

He has over 40 years experience serving on several boards including the Conway School Board for 16 years, Bethany Covenant Church Board for 9 years, Skagit County Committee for the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (USDA) for 9 years and the Washington State Committee of the Farm Service Agency (USDA) for 8 years. 

Mr. Wylie spent his career as a dairy and crop farmer on Fir Island and still lives there with his wife, Darlene.

He is a graduate of Central Washigton University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
